What data we process and why
Browsing data. This site is a set of static pages: no registration, no forms, no data collected by the site itself. The hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, date and time) needed to serve the site and keep it secure.
Data you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we process what you provide — name, contact details, requested dates and the content of your messages — solely to reply and to manage your stay.
Legal obligations for guests. Italian law requires guests' details to be reported to the police authority (art. 109 TULPS) and the tourist tax to be handled.
Legal basis
Replying to your request and managing a booking are pre-contractual and contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR); reports to the authorities are a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c); technical logs rest on the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep data
As long as needed to reply and manage the stay, then for the periods required by legal and tax obligations. We build no marketing lists: no newsletters, no profiling.
Who may receive the data
We do not publish your data. It may be handled only by the site's technical providers (Cloudflare, hosting), by the operators of the channels you choose to contact us through (e.g. Meta for WhatsApp) and by the authorities where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
